Clear WNK1 Signal
Finding a good antibody for WNK1 can be tough, but this Rabbit Recombinant Antibody (clone JG36-91) is excellent. We used it for Western Blot and got a clear signal. It binds to the region aa 100-200. The background was minimal thanks to the Protein A purification.
Versatile Species Reactivity
We appreciate that this antibody reacts with WNK1 from Human, Mouse, and Rat. We used it for IHC studies on mouse kidney sections, and the staining was very specific. It is supplied in a glycerol buffer which makes -20°C storage very convenient.
