Mouse Anti-WWP2 Recombinant Antibody (WW29)

The anti-WWP2 recombinant antibody (WW29) reacts with human WWP2. WWP2 is an E3 ligase that specifically targets the SMAD2/3 proteins in the TGF-β pathway for degradation. It also regulates the stability of RNA Polymerase II. WWP2 signaling is a key modulator of cartilage development and fibrosis; its dysregulation is associated with the epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT) and cancer metastasis. The anti-WWP2 antibody (WW29) has been tested in Immunoprecipitation (IP) and Western Blot (WB).
