Recombinant Anti-XCL1 Eliminating Antibody, pH-Sensitive (CBX242 var.)

The anti-XCL1 eliminating antibody is an engineered pH-sensitive antibody against mouse XCL1. XCL1 demonstrates lymphocyte chemotactic activity and participates in regulatory T cell development. The antibody has a novel XCL1-sweeping activity in vivo, which selectively eliminatesthe soluble XCL1 from plasma. Compared to conventional antibody, the mAb exerted in vivo efficacy by simultaneously engineering both pH-dependent antigen binding, to mimic the pH-dependent receptor-ligand binding of such endocytic receptors, and increased FcRn binding affinity at neutral pH, to mimic the cell-bound form of the receptors.
