Mouse Anti-XRN2 Recombinant Antibody (XR960)

The anti-XRN2 recombinant antibody (XR960) reacts with human XRN2. XRN2 is a nuclear exoribonuclease responsible for the 5'-3' degradation of RNA. It plays a critical role in transcriptional termination by RNA Polymerase II through the "torpedo model," where it degrades the nascent RNA trailing the polymerase to trigger its release from DNA. XRN2 signaling also facilitates the processing of ribosomal RNA and the degradation of aberrant transcripts. The anti-XRN2 antibody (XR960) has been tested in Enzyme-linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA), Western Blot (WB) and Immunohistochemistry (IHC).
