Mouse Anti-YWHAQ Recombinant Antibody (YW385)

The anti-YWHAQ recombinant antibody (YW385) reacts with human, monkey, mouse and rat YWHAQ. YWHAQ (14-3-3 theta) belongs to a family of conserved regulatory adaptors that bind to phosphoserine/phosphothreonine motifs. It acts as a molecular scaffold that sequesters signaling proteins like Raf or BAD in specific cellular compartments. YWHAQ signaling is a major regulator of the cell cycle and apoptosis, typically promoting cell survival by inhibiting pro-apoptotic effectors. The anti-YWHAQ antibody (YW385) has been tested in Enzyme-linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA) and Western Blot (WB).
