Mouse Anti-ZFP91 Recombinant Antibody (ZF890)

The anti-ZFP91 recombinant antibody (ZF890) reacts with human ZFP91. ZFP91 is an atypical E3 ubiquitin ligase that also functions as a transcriptional regulator. It has been shown to activate the non-canonical NF-κB pathway by promoting the processing of p100 to p52. ZFP91 signaling is frequently upregulated in various cancers, where it drives cell survival, proliferation, and resistance to chemotherapy. The anti-ZFP91 antibody (ZF890) has been tested in Enzyme-linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA), Immunocytochemistry (ICC), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Western Blot (WB) and Flow Cytometry (FC).
