Versatile Empty MR1 Tetramer
This empty human MR1 tetramer labeled with APC is a fantastic tool. It allowed us to load our own ligands of interest to identify specific MR1-restricted T cells. The flexibility and quality of the reagent have greatly facilitated our MAIT cell research.
Great For Custom Ligand Loading
We purchased this product to study non-classical MHC restriction. Being able to load specific metabolites onto the empty MR1 molecule was crucial. The tetramer formed stable complexes with our ligands and stained the expected cell populations effectively.
