Flexible Empty Tetramer
The empty MR1 tetramer format was perfect for our needs since we wanted to load it with a specific ligand of our choice. The PE labeling was bright, and once loaded, it worked effectively for identifying human MR1-restricted cells.
Great for Custom Ligands
Being able to load our own antigen into this human MR1 tetramer was a huge advantage. The product arrived ready to use, and the subsequent flow cytometry analysis yielded clear populations of the cells we were targeting.
