This product is a MHC monomer of biotinylated peptide/MHC complex composed CLIP-derived peptide of PVSKMRMATPLLMQA sequence covering 87-101 and DRB1*04:02 molecule. The pMHC monomer recognizes human CD8 T cells and can be used in the MHC tetramer analysis of individual antigen-specific T cells.
