Human TCR (115 D7) recognizes HIV-1 RT peptide (IYLALQDSGLEVNIVTDSQYALG) in the context of HLA-B14. Soluble TCR is expressed with C-terminal Cys strategy (TRAV-TRAC partial-Cys, TRBV-TRBC partial-Cys). Depending the C-terminal Cys, two chains form heterodimer.
