Human TCR (2B5) recognizes HIV-1 RT peptide (TAFTIPSI) in the context of HLA-B*51:01. Soluble TCR is expressed with C-terminal Cys strategy (TRAV-TRAC partial-Cys, TRBV-TRBC partial-Cys). Depending the C-terminal Cys, two chains form heterodimer. Please note that the activity is not guaranteed.
