Anti-HLA-A2 scFv-Fc is a recombinant antibody that combines the antigen-binding capabilities of a single-chain variable fragment (scFv) with the effector functions of an immunoglobulin's fragment crystallizable (Fc) region. Anti-HLA-A2 scFv-Fc can be used to study the therapeutic potential of regulatory T cells (Tregs) in transplantation models. The scFv-Fc antibody targets the HLA-A2 molecule displaying the WT1126 peptide on leukemia cells, promoting antibody-dependent cell-mediated cytotoxicity (ADCC) through the activation of NK-92-MI cells.
