Recombinant Human Anti-UTY Soluble TCR (YKII.39) (ZIP-Fos/ZIP-Jun) (CAT#: VS-0622-YF465)
Human TCR (YKII.39) recognizes UTY peptide (MQQMRHKEV) in the context of HLA-B*5201. Soluble TCR expressed with ZIP-Fos/ZIP-Jun strategy (TRAV-TRAC partial-ZIP-Fos, TRBV-TRBC partial-ZIP-Jun) was validated to be able to bind pMHC in published references. The same expression strategy (ZIP-Fos/ZIP-Jun) is used to express this recombinant Human soluble TCR (YKII.39). Please note that the activity is not guaranteed.
