Recombinant Mouse Anti-ACAN Soluble TCR (C-Cys) (VS-0622-YF4067) (CAT#: VS-0622-YF4067)
Mouse TCR recognizes ACAN peptide (ATEGRVRVNSAYQDK) in the context of H2-IAd. Soluble TCR is expressed with C-terminal Cys strategy (TRAV-TRAC partial-Cys, TRBV-TRBC partial-Cys). Depending the C-terminal Cys, two chains form heterodimer. Please note that the activity is not guaranteed.
