Mouse TCR (P25) recognizes esxA peptide (QQWNFAGIEAAASA) in the context of H2-IAᵇ. Soluble TCR expressed with ZIP-Fos/ZIP-Jun strategy (TRAV-TRAC partial-ZIP-Fos, TRBV-TRBC partial-ZIP-Jun) was validated to be able to bind pMHC in published references. The same expression strategy (ZIP-Fos/ZIP-Jun) is used to express this recombinant Mouse soluble TCR (P25). Please note that the activity is not guaranteed.
