Identification of Mouse NKT Cells
This PE-labeled mouse CD1d tetramer was exactly what we needed to identify natural killer T cells in our mouse samples. The alpha-GalCer loading makes it a potent tool for detecting these specific cells, and the flow cytometry results were very clear.
