Recombinant Anti-ADRB1 Vesicular Antibody, EV Displayed (VS-0425-YC592) (CAT#: VS-0425-YC592)
The Recombinant Anti-ADRB1 Vesicular Antibody, EV Displayed (VS-0425-YC592) is an antibody-displaying extracellular vesicle (Ab-EV). The product combines the benefits of both extracellular vesicle (EV) and antibody (Ab) which can guide the decorated EVs to ADRB1-expressed cells or tissues. ADRB1 is part of the adrenergic receptor family, mediating catecholamine effects through G protein-coupled mechanisms. Specific polymorphisms affect heart rate and are linked to heart failure.

- Introduction
- The adrenergic receptors (subtypes alpha 1, alpha 2, beta 1, and beta 2) are a prototypic family of guanine nucleotide binding regulatory protein-coupled receptors that mediate the physiological effects of the hormone epinephrine and the neurotransmitter norepinephrine. Specific polymorphisms in this gene have been shown to affect the resting heart rate and can be involved in heart failure.
