Mouse Anti-ADRB1 Recombinant Antibody (clone DSM ACC3121) (CAT#: HPAB-0273-YC)
The antibodies bind to the second extracellular loop of the human β1-adrenoreceptor (β1-AR-ECII). The antibodies are particularly useful in determination of auto-anti-β1-AR antibodies in an in vitro cell based assay system in order to characterize and to identify auto-antibodies directed against the β1-AR-ECII in a biological sample.

SDS-PAGE analysis of HPAB-0273-YC in non-reduced (Lane 1) and reduced (Lane 2) conditions. Gel stained for 30 minutes with Coomassie Blue. As a result of different β-mercaptoethanol-reduced proteins (Heavy chain and Light chain) migrate as about 50 kDa and 25 kDa, respectively.

The purity of this antibody is> 95% as determined by SEC-HPLC.

Western blot analysis of HPAB-0273-YC was performed by loading ADRB1 peptide (HWWRAESDEARRCYNDPKCCDFVTNR-BSA).
HPAB-0273-YC incubation concentration: 2 ng/μL.
