This antibody can specifically bind to the second extracellular loop of the human β1-adrenoreceptor (β1-AR-ECII),which can be used for identifying a patient having or being at risk of developing a disease associated with human β1-adrenoreceptor (β1-AR), like idiopathic dilated cardiomyopathy (DCM) or ischaemic cardiomyopathy (ICM).
