Recombinant Mouse Anti-AMBP Detection Antibody (clone 13F1) (CAT#: VS3-WK1623)

This antibody is a mouse recombinant antibody against human AMBP. The sandwich ELISA was established using matched antibody pair 14F4 (Cat# VS3-WK1622) and 13F1.The clone 13F1 can be used in ELISA analysis as a detection antibody at a dilution of 1/1000. It was developed by immunization of mouse with recombinant human AMBP protein and then was produced as a recombinant antibody. The isotype of this product is mouse IgG2b.

    The cleaved form t-alpha-1-microglobulin lacks the C-terminal tetrapeptide LIPR and is released from IgA-alpha-1-microglobulin complex as well as from free alpha-1-microglobulin when exposed to oxyhemoglobin or erythrocyte membranes. The cleavage of IgA-alpha-1-microglobulin complex is associated with the reduction of the covalent bond between IgA and alpha-1-microglobulin, yielding an intact IgA molecule.
