Recombinant Anti-ANTXR1 Vesicular Antibody, EV Displayed (VS-0425-YC116)

CAT#: VS-0425-YC116

The Recombinant Anti-ANTXR1 Vesicular Antibody, EV Displayed (VS-0425-YC116) is an antibody-displaying extracellular vesicle (Ab-EV). The product combines the benefits of both extracellular vesicle (EV) and antibody (Ab) which can guide the decorated EVs to ANTXR1-expressed cells or tissues. The ANTXR1 is associated with actin filament and collagen binding, as well as transmembrane signaling receptor activity. It plays a role in blood vessel development, extracellular matrix assembly regulation, and metallopeptidase activity, and is located on various membranes including the plasma membrane. ANTXR1 is expressed in tissues such as the brain, cartilage, immune system, and liver, with human orthologs linked to GAPO syndrome and colorectal carcinoma.

  • ANTXR cell adhesion molecule 1
  • Molecular Function
  • Receptor
  • Cellular Localization
  • Vesicles
  • Introduction
  • Predicted to enable actin filament binding activity; collagen binding activity; and transmembrane signaling receptor activity. Acts upstream of or within blood vessel development; negative regulation of extracellular matrix assembly; and positive regulation of metallopeptidase activity. Predicted to be located in external side of plasma membrane; filopodium membrane; and lamellipodium membrane. Predicted to be active in cell surface and plasma membrane. Is expressed in several structures, including brain; chondrocranium; costal cartilage; immune system; and liver. Human ortholog(s) of this gene implicated in GAPO syndrome and colorectal carcinoma. Orthologous to human ANTXR1 (ANTXR cell adhesion molecule 1).
