Recombinant Rabbit Anti-DCX Capture Antibody (clone R34-7M-3) (CAT#: VS3-WK1824)
This antibody is a rabbit recombinant antibody against human DCX. It was developed by immunization of rabbit with recombinant human DCX protein and then was produced as a recombinant antibody. The isotype of this product is rabbit IgG. The sandwich ELISA was established using matched antibody pair R34-7M-3 and R16-8A-1. The clone R34-7M-3 can be used as a capture antibody in ELISA analysis to identify human DCX.
We specialize in custom recombinant antibody production, offering seamless execution from provided sequences to high-quality antibody deliverables, ensuring optimal yield and purity.

- Function
- Microtubule-associated protein required for initial steps of neuronal dispersion and cortex lamination during cerebral cortex development. May act by competing with the putative neuronal protein kinase DCLK1 in binding to a target protein. May in that way participate in a signaling pathway that is crucial for neuronal interaction before and during migration, possibly as part of a calcium ion-dependent signal transduction pathway. May be part with PAFAH1B1/LIS-1 of overlapping, but distinct, signaling pathways that promote neuronal migration.
