HSD3B1 is a crucial enzyme involved in steroid hormone biosynthesis, catalyzing the conversion of pregnenolone to progesterone and other key steroid intermediates. Background

The protein encoded by this gene is an enzyme that catalyzes the oxidative conversion of delta-5-3-beta-hydroxysteroid precursors into delta-4-ketosteroids, which leads to the production of all classes of steroid hormones. The encoded protein also catalyzes the interconversion of 3-beta-hydroxy- and 3-keto-5-alpha-androstane steroids.

We tested the Recombinant Mouse Anti-Human HSD3B1 Antibody on human adrenal cortex cells using flow cytometry. The antibody demonstrated clear and specific staining with low background noise. It was easy to use and worked well without extensive protocol changes. Overall, it provided reliable and consistent results in our experiments.

Mouse Anti-NHP HSD3B1 Recombinant Antibody (clone FDO66Q) (CAT#: VS-1024-XY259)
In our study, we applied the Mouse Anti-NHP HSD3B1 Recombinant Antibody for immunofluorescence on non-human primate adrenal gland tissue. The antibody showed strong and specific fluorescence signals, enabling clear visualization of HSD3B1 localization. It performed reliably with minimal background staining and required no significant adjustments to our standard IF protocol. This antibody proved to be a dependable choice for detecting HSD3B1 in NHP samples.

We evaluated the Mouse Anti-NHP HSD3B1 Recombinant Antibody in Western blot assays using protein extracts from non-human primate liver tissue. The antibody produced clear, specific bands with low background and consistent results across different experiments. It worked well under our established protocols without needing extra optimization. Overall, this antibody is a reliable tool for detecting HSD3B1 in NHP samples by WB.
