A*0201/HBV HBsAg (FLLTRILTI) MHC Tetramer (CAT#: MHC-LC730)
This product is a tetramer of biotinylated peptide/MHC complex with streptavidin mainly composed of HBV-derived peptide of FLLTRILTI sequence covering 183-191 and A*0201 molecule. The pMHC tetramer recognizes human CD8 T cells, and can be used in the analysis of individual antigen-specific T cells.
