APC-A*02:01/Human RHAMM (ILSLELMKL) MHC Tetramer

This product is a tetramer of biotinylated peptide/MHC complex with streptavidin mainly composed of Receptor for RHAMM-derived peptide of ILSLELMKL sequence covering 165-173 and A*02:01 molecule. The pMHC tetramer recognizes human CD8 T cells, and can be used in the analysis of individual antigen-specific T cells.

Effective RHAMM Specific Detection
The APC-labeled A*02:01 tetramer for RHAMM (165-173) was perfect for our cancer research. We identified T cells specific for the ILSLELMKL peptide in human samples. The staining was distinct, helping us analyze responses to this motility receptor.
Reliable Tumor Antigen Reagent
We utilized this product to study immunity against Hyaluronan mediated motility receptor. The tetramer showed good specificity for the target CD8 T cells, and the results were reproducible. It is a useful tool for characterizing this tumor-associated antigen.
