How long can this antibody be stored at 4°C?
A: For a maximum of one month, short-term storage at 4°C is permissible. Store at -20°C or lower and aliquot for extended periods of time.

Is it necessary to include a blocking step in my protocol?
A: It's true that blocking is necessary to stop non-specific binding. Employ non-fat dried milk or 5% BSA as a blocking buffer in TBST.

What buffers are recommended for antibody dilution?
A: For dilution, use PBS or TBS with 0.1% BSA. When employing an HRP-conjugated secondary antibody, stay away from buffers that include azide since they may impede HRP activity.
