Anti-Human ADAMTS4 Recombinant Antibody Fab Fragment (7G4.1D6) (CAT#: TAB-0678CLV-F(E))
The anti-ADAMTS4 antibody target ADAMTS4 that is kind of aggrecanases of which the activities can result in the degradation of the cartilage matrix. By inhibiting ADAMTS4 and thereby reducing the breakdown of extracellular matrix aggrecan in cartilage and other tissues, the antibody can be used in the treatment of diseases of cartilage.
