Anti-ALCAM ADCC Enhanced Antibody (AT002) is an ADCC enhanced antibody produced by our Afuco™ platform. AT002 is a human IgG1 antibody that targets a cell surface protein known as Activated Leukocyte Cell Adhesion Molecule (ALCAM or CD166). The potential therapeutic use of an anti-ALCAM antibody includes the treatment of cancer, autoimmune and inflammatory diseases.
