The anti-ALCAM antibody specifically bind to activated leukocyte cell adhesion molecule also known as CD166, which plays an important role in mediating adhession interactions between thymic epithelial cells and CD6+ cells during intrathymic T cell development. The specific antibody can be used in the treatment of can such as breast cancer.
