Anti-ASGR1 ADCC Enhanced Antibody is an ADCC enhanced antibody produced by our Afuco™ platform. The antibody is capable of specific binding to asialoglycoprotein receptor (ASGPR), used as a medicament, and for use in the treatment or prophylaxis of a liver disease, specifically a viral infection, more specifically hepatitis virus infection, particularly hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection.
