Recombinant Human monoclonal antibody expressed in CHO binding to Human ASIC1. The antibodiess specifically bind to cells expressing acid-sensing ion channel-1 (ASIC1). The antibodiess of the invention are useful for the treatment of pain, including pain associated with surgical intervention and various diseases and disorders.
