Recombinant Rabbit anti-C4A monoclonal antibody for IHC-P, IHC-Fr, excellent for producing superior results. Hi-Affi™ antibodies are developed from different sources, such as B cells of immunized animals, hybridoma, phage display library. The application of recombinant technology avoids the traditional ascitic fluid approach, which achieves the antibody generation in a humane way with much larger scale, greater specificity and sensitivity, and not susceptible to cell-line drift or lot-to-lot variation.

Outstanding IHC Staining
Clone DS416AB is an exceptional antibody for Immunohistochemistry on paraffin-embedded tissues (IHC-P). The staining of C4A was distinct and specific, with minimal background. The Hi-Affi™ technology used to develop this recombinant rabbit antibody clearly results in superior sensitivity compared to other reagents we have tested.
Precise Frozen Section Results
We applied this antibody to frozen tissue sections (IHC-Fr) and obtained excellent resolution of C4A distribution. The fact that it is a recombinant rabbit IgG eliminates lot-to-lot variation, which is crucial for our comparative studies. It reliably detects the peptide derived from the human C4 sequence.
