Versatile Calcium Channel Antibody
This antibody (clone 13G5) is incredibly versatile. We have successfully used it for both Western Blotting and Immunoprecipitation to study the Alpha 1E subunit of R-type calcium channels. It specifically recognizes the CACNA1E protein and helps us explore its role in neuronal firing patterns.
Great for IHC and IF
We utilized this mouse antibody for Immunohistochemistry and Immunofluorescence assays on brain tissue sections. It provided clear labeling of voltage-gated calcium channels, allowing us to map the distribution of the alpha-1E subunit with high spatial resolution in our samples.
