Recombinant Rabbit anti-CCL17 monoclonal antibody for WB, excellent for producing superior results. Hi-Affi™ antibodies are developed from different sources, such as B cells of immunized animals, hybridoma, phage display library. The application of recombinant technology avoids the traditional ascitic fluid approach, which achieves the antibody generation in a humane way with much larger scale, greater specificity and sensitivity, and not susceptible to cell-line drift or lot-to-lot variation.

High Affinity Binding
The Hi-Affi technology seems to make a difference; this rabbit monoclonal antibody has excellent affinity. We used it for Western Blotting of chemokine ligands and the bands were very clean and intense.
Superior Sensitivity In WB
We switched to this recombinant antibody for our CCL17 detection and improved our sensitivity significantly. It is great that it is not susceptible to cell-line drift. The purified product was easy to work with in our standard protocols.
