Recombinant Anti-CCL17 Eliminating Antibody, pH-Sensitive (VS-0625-YC44)

The anti-CCL17 eliminating antibody is an engineered pH-sensitive antibody against Canine CCL17. CCL17 is a chemokine attracting T lymphocytes, vital for T cell development and activation. The antibody has a novel CCL17-sweeping activity in vivo, which selectively eliminatesthe soluble CCL17 from plasma. Compared to conventional antibody, the mAb exerted in vivo efficacy by simultaneously engineering both pH-dependent antigen binding, to mimic the pH-dependent receptor-ligand binding of such endocytic receptors, and increased FcRn binding affinity at neutral pH, to mimic the cell-bound form of the receptors.
