Neutralizing CCL19 Activity
We used the Rat Anti-CCL19 Antibody (Clone CBL192) to neutralize chemokine activity in a chemotaxis assay. It effectively inhibited the migration of dendritic cells towards CCL19. The antibody is highly potent and specific, making it a key tool for our immunology research.
Specific Western Blot
This antibody also works well in Western Blot to detect recombinant and endogenous mouse CCL19. It gives a clear band without non-specific background. The rat IgG2 isotype is stable and reliable. We are very pleased with the performance of this product.
