Neutralizes Rat CCL19
We are studying lymphocyte recirculation and needed an antibody to block CCL19 activity. This mouse monoclonal (clone CBL667) specifically binds to rat CCL19/MIP-3 beta and successfully neutralized its bioactivity in our assays. It was critical for confirming the role of this chemokine in T cell trafficking.
High Specificity And Purity
The antibody demonstrated high specificity for the rat antigen and did not show cross-reactivity issues. The Protein A/G purification resulted in a clean product (>95% SDS-PAGE). It is an excellent tool for functional studies involving the CCR7 receptor pathway in rat models.
