Recombinant Anti-human CCNT1 Intrabody [+36 GFP] (CAT#: IAB-B032(G))
Recombinant anti-CCNT1 intrabody in fusion with +36GFP works within cells to bind human CCNT1, expressed in 293T cells. Anti-hCyclinT1 intrabodies can be designed to block HIV-1 replication without causing cellular toxicity, and as a result, they may be useful agents for "intracellular immunization"-based gene therapy strategies for HIV-1 infection/AIDS.
We specialize in custom recombinant antibody production, offering seamless execution from provided sequences to high-quality antibody deliverables, ensuring optimal yield and purity.

Specifications
- Immunogen
- human cyclin T1
- Host Species
- human
- Type
- scFv-(+36GFP)
- Cell Penetrating Peptide
- +36 GFP
GFP with a theoretical net charge of +36 (+36 GFP) penetrated several different mammalian cell lines at very low (nanomolar) concentrations. Cationic peptides and proteins have been observed to penetrate cells, and both natural and synthetic cell-penetrating peptides are widely used as delivery vehicles. However, whereas a covalent link between the cell-penetrating peptide and its cargo is typically required.
