Specific Staining In FC
This anti-CCR8 antibody (clone CBLS-186) provided excellent results in our Flow Cytometry experiments. We were able to detect the human chemokine receptor 8 on the surface of transfected cells with high specificity. The provided concentration of 0.5 mg/ml was convenient for making our working dilutions.
