Anti-Human CD34 Recombinant Antibody Fab Fragment (h4C8)

TAB-149LC is a recombinant humanized antibody, which targets CD34. It has a strong affinity for highly-expressed CD34 on human myeloid leukemia cells. By attaching it to magnetic nano materials, it can be used to create immunomagnetic beads for sorting marrow hemopoietic stem cells. This antibody has the ability to significantly reduce the incidence of HAMA, making clinical hematopoietic stem cell transplantation safer. It is primarily used in the treatment of specific malignant blood diseases and solid tumors. TAB-149LC-F(E) antibody is the Fab fragment antibody form of TAB-149LC antibody. Fab fragments, the antigen-binding domains of an antibody molecule, consist of two amino acid chains composed of VH+CH1 and VL+CL domains.
