This is a recombinant chimeric (mouse/human) antibody that targets CD34. The KD value for the binding of chimeric HPAB-M0473-YC to human CD34 protein was determined to be 14.7 nM. HPAB-M0473-YC-S(P) antibody is the scfv fragment antibody form of HPAB-M0473-YC antibody. Single-chain variable fragments (scFvs) are artificial constructs consisting of the variable regions of the immunoglobulin heavy and light chains connected by a peptide linker.
