Human Anti-CD34 Recombinant Antibody; scFv Fragment (HPAB-M0474-YC-S(P)) (CAT#: HPAB-M0474-YC-S(P))
This is a recombinant humanized antibody that specifically targets CD34. The binding affinity between humanized HPAB-M0474-YC and human CD34 protein was found to be 7.34 nM, as determined by the KD value. HPAB-M0474-YC-S(P) antibody is the scfv fragment antibody form of HPAB-M0474-YC antibody. Single-chain variable fragments (scFvs) are artificial constructs consisting of the variable regions of the immunoglobulin heavy and light chains connected by a peptide linker.
