Human Anti-CD83 Recombinant Antibody (TAB-350LC)

This product is a recombinant human antibody that recognizes cluster of differentiation 83. This monoclonal antibody was shown to be superior to its polyclonal equivalent RA83 in a competitive binding assay and to delay the development of graft-versus-host disease (GVHD) in SCID mice transplanted with xenografts of human PBMC. Binding affinity for human CD83 is 130 nM.
