Recombinant Rabbit anti-CD83 monoclonal antibody for WB, excellent for producing superior results. Hi-Affi™ antibodies are developed from different sources, such as B cells of immunized animals, hybridoma, phage display library. The application of recombinant technology avoids the traditional ascitic fluid approach, which achieves the antibody generation in a humane way with much larger scale, greater specificity and sensitivity, and not susceptible to cell-line drift or lot-to-lot variation.

Superior Western Blot Results
This Hi-Affi recombinant rabbit antibody (clone DS586AB) gave us superior results in Western Blot compared to traditional mouse antibodies. It specifically detected CD83 in our dendritic cell lysates with a very clean background. The high affinity is evident in the strong signal we obtained.
