Human Anti-CD99 Recombinant Antibody; Fab Fragment (TAB-400LC-F(E)) (CAT#: TAB-400LC-F(E))

This product is a Fab monoclonal antibody that binds to and neutralizes human CD99. The antibody effectively facilitates the phagocytosis of HL60-CD99hi cells at a similar level to the native mouse 12E7. The Fab fragment is the antigen-binding domain of an antibody molecule and consists of two amino acid chains consisting of the VH+CH1 and VL+CL domains.
