Human Anti-CD99 Recombinant Antibody; scFv Fragment (TAB-400LC-S(P)) (CAT#: TAB-400LC-S(P))
This product is a scFv monoclonal antibody that binds to and neutralizes human CD99. The antibody effectively facilitates the phagocytosis of HL60-CD99hi cells at a similar level to the native mouse 12E7. Single-chain variable fragments (scFv) are artificial constructs consisting of immunoglobulin heavy and light chain variable regions linked by a peptide linker.
