Anti-Human CEACAM6 Single Domain Antibody, Research Grade Biosimilar (CAT#: TAB-157CL)
Recombinant Humanized monoclonal Single Domain Antibody expressed in E. coli binding to Human CEACAM6. This is an antibody specific for CEACAM6 and it may be candidates for development of antibody-based drugs against pancreatic and other cancers, one must tread carefully in the strategies targeting CEACAM6. Specifically, the monoclonal antibody alone showed no effect on tumour progression, however the same antibody conjugated to an anti-cancer drug was able to limit the tumour development in mouse model.
