This product is a recombinant human antibody Fab fragment that recognizes the domain III of E protein. The antibody neutralizes the infection of serotype DENV1-3 with a high sensitivity. The average neutralization EC₅₀ value of its full lenghth antibody to DENV1-3 is about 0.01 μg/mL. This scFv fragment antibody was expressed in a mamamlian cell line and purified by affinity chromatography. This product could be used in the neutralization treatment research and immunoassays about the DENV infection.
