This product is a recombinant mouse IgG1-kappa monoclonal antibody that recognizes E protein of DENV2. This DENV2 serotype-specific antibody was selected from phage display technology with good specificity. The binding affinity of this antibody was identified by ELISA and WB analysis. This antibody could block DENV-2 infection in BHK-21 cells and showed a good neutralization ability. The monoclonal antibody product was expressed in mammalian cells with chemically defined culture media and was purified by affinity chromatography.
