Anti-DENV4 E Recombinant Antibody scFv Fragment (MRO-1129LC-S(P)) (CAT#: MRO-1129LC-S(P))
This product is the scFv fragment of a recombinant chimpanzee anti-Dengue virus monoclonal antibody derived from the well-known hybridoma techniques. This scFv fragment antibody specifically binds to the E protein associated with DENV. The biotinylated Fab fragment of the same full-length antibody has been charecterized with high sensitivity in the competition ELISA with DENV-1 and DENV-2. The scFv fragment antibody with its binding ability and neutralization ability can be potentially used in the treatment and diagnosis research of Dengue virus infection.
